Description

Pastry crimper ideal for making ravioli. The toothed stainless steel blade is inserted inside a delrin coating, it has a diameter of 38 mm and a total thickness of 5 mm. This utensil is perfect for cutting fresh pasta and sealing the filling in a single gesture, it is suitable for both domestic and professional use. The pastry cutter wheel is attached to a comfortable wooden handle, which makes the tool easy to handle and robust.
