Information
The Orchestra Ciaopasta 10 is a professional machine for producing fresh pasta, ideal for large restaurants and small workshops. This pasta machine automatically extrudes dough with any type of flour with or without eggs, gluten free and special flours, choosing from the wide selection of bronze dies available.
The machine is equipped with a ventilated motor with oil bath gear reduction and a timed forced ventilation system that comes into operation even with the engine is off.
The anodized aluminum mixing vat can hold up to 9,8 kg of dough (liquids + flour) and is equipped with a removable hopper to pour liquids evenly and easily. The machine is designed to allow easy and quick cleaning since all the parts in contact with the dough are in stainless steel, including ring nut, auger, mouth and lid, kneading blade and hoppers.
The machine can optionally mount a cutter motor with speed variator.
