Countertop fresh pasta sheeter with 250 mm long stainless steel cylinders, the machine is made entirely of stainless steel and aluminium. It is ideal for both home and professional use and allows for the easy rolling out of various types of dough: puff pastry, pizza dough, and even sugar paste.

For preparing the dough, we recommend our IS spiral mixers.

Practical and easy to use, the rollers can be adjusted from 0 to 7,5 mm to achieve the desired sheet thickness. The rotation speed is constant at approximately 800 rpm. The machine is highly reliable and equipped with safety systems essential for operator safety.
The pasta cutter accessory can be attached to the sheeter, with 1 or 3 cuts of your choice to make tagliolini, tagliatelle, pappardelle, etc.
