The Fresh pasta maker with double vat EP/50 is designed for the production of different fresh and dried pasta shapes, such us maccheroni, fusilli, tagliatelle, spaghetti, etc., with or without eggs. It is also possible to produce adjustable pasta sheet for lasagne, cannelloni or for the feeding of other pasta machines, and any kind of flour can be used.
All the dies must be purchased separately.
The shaft and blades can be dismantled for cleaning, the powerboard and the instrument board comply with current EEC regulations.
The EP/50 is equipped with:
