The PS 200 pasta machine is a pasta machine ideal for industrial productions. It has an hourly production of 200 Kg/h and the vat capacity is 50 Kg. The structure is completely in Aisi304 stainless steel. The extrusion cylinder is removable to facilitate cleaning or any repair or replacement, and is equipped with a water cooling system thanks to which it is possible to work continuously without temperature problems. The PS 200 fresh pasta machine is equipped with an electronic rotary knife, and is designed to mount the vacuum extrusion system. The machine is equipped with a touch screen control system with the ability to load and customize recipes according to your production needs, customizing the extrusion speed, the knife speed and the temperature of the extrusion cylinder.

Please note that the electronic pasta cutter for short pasta cannot be used on some dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes that have a central extrusion insert.
