Electric extruder Miniprofessional, designed for the production of spaghetti, tagliatelle and many other types of homemade pasta. This model of press can produce up to 5 kg/h, it is equipped with a screw in brass and a transmission organ that reduces the engine revolutions, optimizing the operation of the machine. The machine body and press nut are made of glossy die-cast aluminium for food, a durable and easy to clean material, suitable for both home and professional use. This particular model can mount the tomato squeezer and meat grinder kit, both sold separately. With the electric extruder Miniprofessional, brass dies for spaghetti 2.5 mm and tagliatelle 8 mm are included, as well as a food-grade plastic pestle to push the dough into the press and cut the pasta at the exit.
