Fimar pasta machine Lilly PF25E is an automatic machine for mixing and moulding flour with or without eggs in different shapes: just insert the ingredients and in a few minutes pasta is ready in the shapes and sizes you want.
The machine guarantees an high standard of hygiene because the parts in contact with the dough are easily removable for cleaning and they are made of stainless steel.
Metal manifacturing with motions on ball bearings and lifetime lubrication, basically maintenance-free.
Developed according to national and international accident-prevention measures.

Warning: due to the high temperature that develops in the extrusion cylinder and in the die, is recommended not to exceed two consecutive production cycles (a cycle consists of the mixing phase and the pasta extrusion phase). 

Lilly PF25E doesn't include any die.

Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

- Vat, vat bearing, kneading hook, propeller and structure made of stainless steel AISI 304
- Microswitch on vat lid
- Completely removable vat for a fast and easy washing
- Digital instrument board
- Grid cover which allows ingredients introduction even during working


OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES:

- Brass-bronze dies for different pasta shapes
- Electronic cutter for short pasta that allows to automatically cut the pasta extruded from the machine and automate the process of production (please note that the electronic pasta cutter for short pasta cannot be used on some dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes that have a central extrusion insert)
- Stainless steel pasta trolley (pasta trays not included)
- Perforated pasta trays
