Description

The PV 10 is a fresh pasta machine with a generously sized vat, recommended for artisanal pasta makers, restaurants, agritourism businesses and delicatessens looking to produce large quantities of pasta per cycle. The pasta machine features a painted steel mixing vat that can hold up to 15 kg of dough (flour + liquids) and a spiral bronze screw that ensures the extrusion of perfectly blended and homogeneous dough, for an hourly production of approximately 30 kg. To ensure efficient operation even during repeated production cycles, the machine features a built-in water cooling system that ensures a constant extrusion temperature during extended periods of use, and a ventilation system that allows the surface of the freshly extruded pasta to dry. The screw and mixing shaft are easily removable, allowing for quick and easy cleaning after each use. This model is built in compliance with current health and safety regulations.
Purchasing the trolley is strongly recommended.

The machine includes an electronic cutter for short pasta.
Please note that the electronic cutter for short pasta cannot be used with certain dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes with a central extrusion insert.

Lineapasta provides its customers with a user guide and a paper pasta recipe booklet for use with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.
