Description

Practical and robust double-wheel pasta cutter made of brass and stainless steel. Handmade, the tool allows a clean and precise cut of the dough. Ideal for both domestic and professional use, this pasta cutter is composed of a chromed steel handle at the ends of which is placed a smooth blade and a toothed brass blade, both 38 mm in diameter, in order to have two different types of cutting in a single tool.

Cleaning the dies is a bit time consuming, just follow the instructions will be fine. Next time I will try the teflon dies . Thanks Lineapasta.

Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto di questa macchina, solida e veloce nell'estrusione della pasta. Anche la spedizione è stata veloce (ho avuto problemi con la dogana indonesiana, ma non è colpa di Lineapasta). La pulizia delle trafile richiede un po' di tempo, basta seguire le istruzioni e andrà tutto bene. La prossima volta proverò le trafile in teflon. Grazie Lineapasta.
