Description

Pizza oven FF 8570 designed to reach a maximum temperature of 350 °C, suitable for restaurants and pizzerias. This pizza oven is equipped with a cm 85x70 refractory stone hob, specially designed to distribute the heat in a constant and homogeneous way and resist high temperatures, absorbing the moisture of the dough and ensuring pizzas with crunchy, fragrant and tasty dough. The FF 8570 model is equipped with a control panel with built-in thermometer for displaying the temperature of the cooking chamber, internal lighting and a chimney for conveying fumes and cooking vapors. The external structure of the FF 8570 pizza oven is made of stainless steel, with glass door and black outer sheet prepainted to powder.

- Hood with LED lights (220V/50Hz - 100 watts)
- Enhanced extraction hood (380 m3/h)
- Aluminum stand with pizza tray holder in two sizes: cm 119,5x85,5x95h - cm 119,5x85,5x115h (trays excluded)
