Description

Pizza oven FF 4235B designed to reach a maximum temperature of 350 °C, suitable for pizzerias, sandwich shops, restaurants and bars. This pizza oven is equipped with double cm 42.3x35.3 refractory stone hob separated and thermally insulated in two cooking chambers, specially designed to withstand high temperatures and distribute heat evenly and consistently; it absorbs the moisture of the dough and ensures pizzas with a fragrant, crunchy and tasty dough. The FF 4235B is equipped with two independent thermostats that allow you to cook the dishes separately with two different temperatures between the lower and upper zone, while heat-insulated fiberglass cooking chambers are equipped with armored resistors and a vent for cooking vapors. The structure of the FF 4235B pizza oven is made of stainless steel with black powder prepainted outer sheet.

El producto llego antes de lo esperado, realizamos la compra a fines de marzo y llego a mediados de abril.
