Description
Perforated aluminum pizza peels of 170 cm for handling, baking and removing pizzas, suitable for cooking with gas, wood fired or electric oven. Available in five different sizes, the rectangular or square perforated plate is specially designed to make the shovel lighter and more manageable by discharging excess flour. The perforated plate is mounted on a durable and ergonomic tubular rod for an overall height of about 170 cm.
