Description

The SE 500ST sheeter is a sheeter without belts with 500mm cylinders and which works with two inclined teflon tables. It has been designed and engineered to reduce dough pastry sheet  to the most suitable thickness for use in pastry and pizzeria. When working with sugarpaste and shortcrust pastry, it is not recommended to reach too thin thickness as the dough may break. The SE 500ST sheeter is robust, resistant, compact and easy to use. It is also equipped with a flour basin.
