Description
PV 4 is a medium production fresh pasta machine recommended for restaurants, farmhouses, pizzerias, delicatessens and fresh pasta sales and tasting activities.
Its operation is simple and efficient: it is equipped with an automated production system that kneads any type of flour and semolina with or without eggs, gluten free and special flours in a few minutes, thanks to the electronic cutter the cutting of short pasta is still simpler and faster and you can produce pasta in different formats depending on the die inserted.
It is also equipped with a water cooling system which ensures a constant extrusion temperature over long periods of use and a ventilation system which allows the freshly extruded paste to be superficially dried.
The kneading vat can contain up to 4 kg of dough (flour + liquid) and is equipped with a spiral bronze screw which ensures the extrusion of a perfectly mixed and homogeneous dough.
A bronze die for Ø1,5 mm spaghetti is included, while any additional dies must be purchased separately.
It is also possible to combine the PV 4 with the RFV automatic ravioli machine, which allows you to produce ravioli in different sizes and formats, using interchangeable moulds.
The machine is particularly robust, with all stainless steel mechanics and reducer body connected directly to the chain to reduce potential breakages and make the machine more reliable; it allows for quick and easy cleaning as the auger and shaft, made of bronze/aluminium, are easily removable.
Model built according to national and international accident prevention regulations. It is equipped with a control panel and complies with current accident prevention regulations.
Please note that the electronic pasta cutter for short pasta cannot be used on some dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes that have a central extrusion insert.
