The EC 8 static dryer is a fresh pasta dryer capable of superficially drying up to 24 kg of pasta. It does not allow to control the setting of the desired humidity and therefore it is advised above all to those who want to dry the pasta superficially. The dryer consists of a wardrobe with a rack inside which can hold up to 8 trays for drying fresh pasta.
The trays can be in two different materials: in plastic for food use or in wood with the bottom in food-grade polyester mesh. The dryer works by means of a fan that circulates air heated by a battery of electric resistances.
The walls of the dryer are made from a casing covered in steel sheet filled inside with high-thermal-tight polyurethane foam to optimize the drying process.
The electrical panel allows to control the production process in its phases.
In addition can be installed a temperature's control instrument that works by a probe that is positioned inside the machine, and the timer instrument that can be used to calculate the "total time" of drying.
In this case the panel can be positioned frontally or laterally.
