Description

The fresh pasta maker MAC 30 is a highly reliable machine equipped with double vat which allows to knead and extrude at the same time so it allows a continuous production of short, long, and fresh pasta sheet which can be obtained with any type of flour or semolina. The dies can be supplied in brass-bronze to produce a rougher and more porous pasta, better suited to retaining the sauce, or in PTFE (teflon) for a smoother and more glossy pasta. The MAC 30 is recommended for shops and laboratories, it is built entirely of stainless steel mounted on wheels and is equipped with a control panel and complies with current accident prevention regulations. It is supplied with an automatic pasta cutter for short pasta with speed variator with 1, 2 and 4 blade knives and two pasta trays.

Also available in the MAC 30S version with already integrated vacuum extrusion device.

Please note that the electronic pasta cutter for short pasta cannot be used on some dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes that have a central extrusion insert.

Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.

La qualità delle trafile e molto buona come anche quella della macchina. L'unico commento che ho è che il ventilatore di raffreddamento nel retro della macchina e molto piccolo e non sufficiente.
