Automatic and manual machines for the production of ravioli in various sizes and formats. The ravioli machines can be with fixed or interchangeable moulds, for small or large productions according to needs. Some ravioli machines can be single sheet and others double sheet, while single sheet ravioli machines are usually used for large productions and are combined with an automatic sheeter, double sheet ravioli machines, on the contrary, work autonomously using two separate sheet rollers rolled up placed on the machine.
