Bottene's BE90 ravioli machine is a double sheet benchtop machine with interchangeable moulds. With this machine you can produce different shapes of ravioli (rectangular, round, 1/2 moon etc.) and dose the amount of filling. It is built with high quality materials, all finished in stainless steel, robust and easy to use, in compliance with current safety standards.
For a correct operation of the machine, it is advisable to combine it with Bottene presses (Inver or PM models) with the addition of the fixed 90 mm pasta sheet die and the AV.90 automatic sheet roller.
The machine includes one mould of your choice.

Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.
