I am very satisfied with my La Fattorina pasta extruder. The machine is solidly built, compact, and produces excellent fresh pasta. After switching to semola rimacinata, I achieved very good results with Pici and Giglio Riccio, both in shape and texture. There is a learning curve, particularly with more complex dies and the electronic cutter, but overall the machine performs very well. I would also like to highlight the excellent customer service. Francesca was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the purchasing process, while Camilla provided professional technical support, answering my questions and offering practical recommendations.
