Description
This 33x33 cm perforated pizza peel is made of hard-anodized aluminum, ideal for handling, baking, and removing pizzas. It's suitable for use in electric, gas, or wood-fired ovens. This peel is treated with an immersion electrolytic process, providing the pizza peel with high corrosion resistance, improved glide, and exceptional wear resistance. The front milling facilitates the dough's movement from the surface to the peel, while the slate-colored handle features a hanging hook. The perforated plate is mounted on an ergonomic tubular rod with three high-strength rivets, for a total height of approximately 160 cm.
