The Imperia iPasta La Classica pasta sheeter (Cod. 4162) is the basic tool for any pasta dish, ideal for those who love the art of homemade pasta. Small and sturdy, this pasta sheeter features smooth 150 mm rollers that allow you to roll out pasta to up to six thicknesses ranging from 0,5 mm to 2 mm, satisfying every need and culinary preference. The resulting sheets can be easily transformed into lasagnette, spaghetti, pappardelle, trenette, ravioli, gnocchi, and many other pasta shapes thanks to the wide range of Imperia accessories (available for purchase separately). A crank, a clamp, a roller cleaning brush and a protective cotton bag are included with the sheeter.
