Description
Fresh pasta press suitable for the manual production of different pasta shapes; it is made of brass and is an article of artisanal production. It is equipped with a practical system for blocking the die using a ring nut located in the lower part.
This model B, in particular, includes in the price two dies for the production of 2,5 mm spaghetti (bigoli) and maccheroni rigati Ø6 mm (gargati).
