Description

Hand extruder suitable for the manual production of different pasta shapes. The extruder is made of brass and is an article of artisanal production.
This model number 8 in particular includes in the price two dies for the production of spaghetti 2,5 mm (bigoli) and maccheroni rigati Ø6 mm (gargati).

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES:

- Brass-bronze dies for Tagliolini 2 mm, Fettuccine 5 mm, Tagliatelle 7 mm, Bigoli Ø3 mm, Bucatini Ø3,7 mm
