Hand extruder suitable for the manual production of different pasta shapes. The extruder is made of brass and is an article of artisanal production.
This model number 8 in particular includes in the price two dies for the production of spaghetti 2,5 mm (bigoli) and maccheroni rigati Ø7,5 mm (gargati).
