Description

Pasta press suitable for manually producing pasta in different formats. The press is made of brass and is an article of artisanal production.
This model number 5, in particular, includes two dies for the production of spaghetti 2,5mm (bigoli) and maccheroni rigati Ø6 mm (gargati) in the price.


OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES:

- Brass-bronze dies for Tagliolini 2 mm, Tagliatelle 3 mm, Fettuccine 7 mm, Bigoli Ø3 mm
- Bench for hand extruder available separately, suitable for fixing and supporting the Bigolaro hand extruder for a more convenient and practical extrusion.

Lids fit the tray; however the lids and trays together will not fit on the 7 tray trolley. The height becomes too tall. Unfortunately, I can’t use the lids I purchased. I don’t know if this is the case with all trolleys.
