Description
Solid rectangular pizza peel made of anodized aluminum, ideal for baking and removing pizzas by the meter or "Roman-style" pizzas, baked goods, or slow-rising focaccias. This peel is treated with an electrochemical process that provides the pizza peel with high corrosion resistance and exceptional durability and reliability even under the most demanding conditions. The pizza peel features engraved reference marks on the edge every 10 cm, specifically designed to facilitate portioning the dough onto the cooking surface. To best adapt to customer needs, this Roman-style pizza peel is available in six different sizes: cm 28x56, cm 33x76, cm 33x96, cm 41x76, cm 41x96 and cm 41x111.
