Description
A 33 cm diameter perforated pizza peel made of hard-anodized aluminum, ideal for handling, baking, and removing pizzas. Suitable for gas, wood-fired, or electric ovens. This peel is treated with an immersion electrolytic process, providing the pizza peel with high corrosion resistance, exceptional wear resistance, and improved sliding. The slate-colored handle features a hanging hook, while the front milling facilitates the sliding of dough from the surface to the peel. The perforated plate is mounted on an ergonomic tubular rod with three high-strength rivets, for a total height of approximately cm 220.
