Description

The IP 20 planetary mixer is suitable for the production of yeast-based dough such as bread and pizza. The IP 20 planetary mixer is equipped with a three-speed mechanical gearbox motor, a cooling fan and a reduction system with steel gears. The IP 20 model consists of a vat with a capacity of 20 liters made of stainless steel, which is easily removable and allows a quick cleaning of the machinery. The bowl of the mixer is protected by a wire grid, equipped with a safety device that is activated when the vat is lowered and the grid is opened. Together with the planetary mixer IP 20 are included three interchangeable accessories suitable for dough processing: a hook and an aluminum spatula and an aluminum and steel whisk.
