Countertop fresh pasta sheeter with 220 mm lenght stainless steel cylinders, the machine is made entirely of stainless steel and aluminium. The SR dough sheeter is ideal for both domestic and professional use, allowing the rolling out of different types of dough with ease: dough for puff pastry, for pizza and also for sugar paste. For the preparation of the dough, we suggest to look at our Spiral kneaders IS. Practical and easy to use, it allows the adjustment of the roller opening from 0 to 5 mm, so as to obtain the desired thickness of the sheet. The SR Sheeter is equipped with a potentiometer that allows you to adjust the rotation speed of the rollers. The machine has a high degree of reliability and is equipped with accident prevention systems essential for the operator's safety.

Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.
