Description
Monferrina P3 is a medium production machine recommended for restaurants, farmhouses, pizzerias, delicatessens and fresh pasta sales and tasting activities.
It is an automatic and highly reliable machine, suitable for processing any type of flour and semolina; it is particularly suitable for the production of short and long pasta which occurs with the simple change of the die.
The machine also offers the possibility of producing fixed-mould ravioli and/or gnocchi thanks to the related optional accessories Ravioli Group and Gnocchi Group, which can also be purchased separately at a later time.
P3 includes 4 standard brass-bronze dies to be chosen from the catalogue while all additional or special dies or special (such as penne dies, PTFE dies, etc.) must be purchased separately. It includes also an electronic cutter (ideal for cutting most short pasta shapes), a fan to dry the pasta superficially at the exit and a perforated pasta tray.
Its operation is simple and efficient. It has an external structure in anodized aluminum and the parts in contact with the pasta in stainless steel. It is equipped with a control panel and complies with current accident prevention regulations.
Please note that the electronic pasta cutter for short pasta cannot be used on some dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes that have a central extrusion insert.
Lineapasta supplies together with the machines and only to its customers, a user, maintenance and installation manual in paper and digital format with also a pasta recipe book, to be used with our professional machines.

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES:
- Brass-bronze dies for the production of the pasta type depending on the chosen format
- Ravioli Group 100mm: it allows you to prepare perfect double sheet ravioli. The Ravioli Group has a fixed mold integrated into the machine and once the production format has been chosen (20X20, 34x40, 40x50, 70x70x70 mm), this can no longer be changed unless purchasing a new Ravioli Group.
To be able to produce ravioli in multiple formats using interchangeable moulds, it is necessary to have a model among P6/P12/P.Nuova/Pidue or Cilindro and install the Multipasta accessory.
- Gnocchi Group: it allows you to produce potato or flour gnocchi in different formats, even with additional components such as tomatoes or spinach. The Gnocchi Group works with a piston that pushes the dough into a cup (which determines its size) and is suitable for processing both fresh potatoes and preparations (flours or potato flakes). It is also possible to adjust the scoring depth of the gnocchi until you obtain a smooth gnocchi.
