Pasta maker Lillodue - Bottene
• 4 dies for free
Description
Lillodue is a family machine built with the same technical concepts and the same robustness as professional machines.
It is practical and simple to use, it can be easily placed on kitchen shelves given its small size and in a short time it will allow you to produce pasta in different shapes, ready to be cooked.
It is possible to produce fresh pasta using any type of flour, doughs with or without eggs up to colored pasta: red with tomato, green with spinach, brown with cocoa etc. Various types of pasta shapes can be produced such as spaghetti, tagliolini, tagliatelle, pappardelle, lasagne, rigatoni, fusilli and many others.
The Lillodue includes 4 standard brass-bronze dies chosen from the catalogue and on request it is also possible to combine an electronic or manual pasta cutter for cutting most short pasta shapes.
Cleaning the machine is very simple and quick: simply remove the mixer and the screw, remove the pasta residues from the vat and soak the used dies in water until the next use.
The machine is built with high quality materials, entirely finished in stainless steel and complete with all the safety devices required by current regulations. The external structure is in anodized aluminum and the parts in contact with the pasta are in stainless steel. It complies with current accident prevention regulations.
Warning: due to the high temperature that develops in the extrusion cylinder and in the die, is recommended not to exceed two consecutive production cycles (a cycle consists of the mixing phase and the pasta extrusion phase).
Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.
OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES:
- Brass-bronze dies for the production of the pasta type depending on the chosen format
- Electronic cutter that allows to automatically cut the pasta extruded from the machine and automate the process of production (please note that the electronic pasta cutter for short pasta cannot be used on some dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes that have a central extrusion insert)
- Manual cutter that allows to manually cut the pasta extruded from the machine and speed up the process of production
- Stainless steel pasta trolley (pasta trays not included)
- Perforated pasta trays

I absolutely love my new pasta machine. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in helping me choose the best option for my kitchen. My machine was packaged perfectly for shipping. The price was more economical including tariffs and shipping than purchasing locally.Sofie W.

Some ideas arrive quietly. Others hit you with the force of recognition — the moment you realize you’re meant to create something people will love. For me, that moment began with a pasta machine. When the Lineapasta machine arrived, it felt like seeing a Christmas present under the tree for the very first time. That same childlike excitement still returns every time I make a batch. The hum of the machine, the texture of the dough, the first cut falling onto the tray — it’s new every time, like rediscovering a toy that never stops inspiring you. The machine itself was simple to use, and the ordering process was seamless. I hesitated for a moment about the duties, but the value it has brought to my craft made the investment more than worth it. It didn’t just make pasta — it opened a door. Today, I’m producing pasta on a regular basis, building a boutique line of fresh, hard‑to‑find cuts crafted with intention and tradition. These pastas will soon be distributed to nearby fine‑dining restaurants and to home cooks who appreciate the difference that true craftsmanship makes. What began as a spark has become a purpose: to create pasta that feels personal, rooted in heritage, and made with the same excitement I felt on day one. I hope your experience with this craft brings you the same joy mine brings me everyday. Joseph.Joseph O.
