Description
Imperia Pastaia Italiana (Cod. 3508) is a manual pasta sheeter for fresh pasta. It is a pasta machine manufactured in Italy with great artisan care to ensure its robustness and durability over time. With Imperia Pastaia Italiana you can easily make pasta sheets in six different thicknesses, as well as four types of pasta: spaghetti, fettuccine, tagliolini and square ravioli. The following accessories are included with the sheeter: the clamp, the crank, a natural wood rolling pin, a Raviolamp mold for 24 square ravioli, a Simplex Spaghetti Ø2 mm cut and a Duplex cut for the production of Fettuccine 6,5 and Tagliolini 2 mm.
