Description

Imperia Electric Crome steel (Cod. 4650) is a complete set for making good homemade pasta, quickly and in large quantities. The package contains the Imperia pasta sheeter to make the sheet in 6 different thicknesses, the Imperia Duplex cutter for 2 types of pasta (Tagliolini 2 mm e Fettuccine 6,5 mm) and the new Imperia Pasta Facile motor (with the new bracket-guide). Imperia Pasta Facile, plug-in mounted on the machine, allows working with both hands making the work faster and allowing for a homogeneous sheet of pasta due to the constant speed of the rollers. Imperia Electric is available in two colour variants: chrome steel and red.

Perhaps my expectation was higher but the fact that the engine was made of a plastic structure left me with the feeling that I did not choose well. The machine works well but I do not consider it for high production, but rather homemade.

The Imperia Electric is not suitable for professional use. For professional production we recommend higher category models such as the Imperia Restaurant (entirely in metal).

Quizás mi expectativa era mayor pero que el motor fuera de una estructura plástica me dejó con la sensación que no elegí bien. La maquina funciona bien pero no la considero para alta producción, sino mas bien casera.

La Imperia Electric no es apta para uso profesional. Para una producción profesional recomendamos modelos de categoría superior como el Imperia Restaurant (integralmente en metal).

Cleaning the dies is a bit time consuming, just follow the instructions will be fine. Next time I will try the teflon dies . Thanks Lineapasta.

Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto di questa macchina, solida e veloce nell'estrusione della pasta. Anche la spedizione è stata veloce (ho avuto problemi con la dogana indonesiana, ma non è colpa di Lineapasta). La pulizia delle trafile richiede un po' di tempo, basta seguire le istruzioni e andrà tutto bene. La prossima volta proverò le trafile in teflon. Grazie Lineapasta.
