It would be nice to include a brush to clean off the remaining dough and flour on the machine. Will slowly start buying the other pasta forms!

Perhaps my expectation was higher but the fact that the engine was made of a plastic structure left me with the feeling that I did not choose well. The machine works well but I do not consider it for high production, but rather homemade.

The Imperia Electric is not suitable for professional use. For professional production we recommend higher category models such as the Imperia Restaurant (entirely in metal).

Quizás mi expectativa era mayor pero que el motor fuera de una estructura plástica me dejó con la sensación que no elegí bien. La maquina funciona bien pero no la considero para alta producción, sino mas bien casera.
