The CA300V automatic sheeter is a machine for the automatic production of 300 mm cold sheet, necessary to feed forming machines for filled pasta and automatic cutters. Complete with second electrically tipping kneading vat. The extrusion vat is equipped with a stainless steel hopper to facilitate the passage of the dough from the second vat to the extrusion vat. The lamination group is composed of a pair of stainless steel laminating cylinders and a kneading group with stainless steel rollers equipped with a new malaxer rotation system for better cleaning. The structure is entirely in stainless steel with doors that can be opened to facilitate cleaning. The output belt of the product is certified for contact with food. The main motorization is external with inverter, the electrical panel and the control panel with the respective safety devices are built according to the current EEC standards.
The CA300V automatic sheeter includes a rolling machine for pasta sheet, 2 rolling pins and 2 perforated pasta trays.

Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.
