Description

La Monferrina G2 gnocchi machine is a machine specialized in the production of gnocchi with continuous feeding and, thanks to its pressure plunger, it allows the dough to be extruded without modifying its structure. The size of the gnocchi is approximately 17 mm but it is possible to purchase additional cups with 7, 12 or 14 mm holes to obtain gnocchi of different sizes. It is suitable for use both with fresh potatoes and with preparations (flours or potato flakes). Using the appropriate knob, it is also possible to act on the grooves to obtain smooth or grooved gnocchi. Its operation is simple and efficient; it has an external structure in anodized aluminum and the parts in contact with the pasta in stainless steel. It is equipped with a control panel and complies with current accident prevention regulations.

Communication with their team was clear and helpful throughout the process, and the machine arrived well packaged in a wooden crate with all the accessories and manuals included. The MPF 1,5N pasta machine works really well. We have already made several types of pasta multiple times and the results have been excellent. The extrusion quality is very good and the pasta comes out with great texture. It has been easy to use and clean, and overall the machine feels very solid and well built. Shipping to the United States went smoothly and the order arrived exactly as described. Overall I am very happy with the purchase and the service from Lineapasta.
