Fimar MPF 4N is a machine for kneading and extruding flour dough with or without egg in different formats, complete with electronic dough cutter and fan, automated for the production of pasta: just introduce the ingredients and in a few minutes the pasta is ready in the types and desired formats.
The machine guarantees maximum hygiene as the parts in contact with the dough, which are easily removable for cleaning, are made of stainless steel.
Metal construction, with movements on ball bearings and lifetime lubrication, practically maintenance-free.
Model built according to national and international accident prevention regulations.

Attention: it is recommended not to go beyond two consecutive production cycles (a cycle consists of the mixing phase and the pasta extrusion phase). At the end of the two cycles, the machine must be switched off, carefully cleaned of any residual dough and left to cool for at least an hour.

Please note that the electronic pasta cutter for short pasta cannot be used on some dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes that have a central extrusion insert.

MPF 4N doesn't include any die.

Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.
