Fresh pasta Maker PV 1,5

The PV 1,5 is a small pasta maker countertop machine, suitable both for restaurant and for domestic use, for mixing and kneading automatically dough made with every kind of flours, with or without eggs, gluten free and special flours in different shapes changing the dies at disposition.

The vat can contain until 1,5 kg of dough (solid + liquid) and it is made with a bronze spiral cochlea which ensure the extrusion of a good mixed and homogeneous dough in few minutes.
The machine includes a bronze die for spaghetti 1.5mm; any additional dies can be purchased separately.

The machine is particularly robust, with all stainless steel mechanics and a reducer body connected directly to the chain to reduce potential breakages and make the machine more reliable; it is designed for an easy and fast cleaning because all the part in contact with the dough, made in stainless steel, are easily extractable.
Model built according to national and international safety regulations.

Attention: it is recommended not to go beyond two consecutive production cycles (a cycle consists of the mixing phase and the pasta extrusion phase). At the end of the two cycles, the machine must be switched off, carefully cleaned of any residual dough and left to cool for at least an hour.
