This nests machine produces tagliatelle nests in different widths according to the mould used, from 1,5 to 12 mm.
The machine must be fed by an automatic sheeter or by an extruding machine both equipped with a sheet feeding control system and the must produce pasta sheet mm. 500 wide.
The machine is equipped with a sheeting unit which allows the change of the tagliatelle final thickness apart from the initial extrude or sheeted pasta sheet thickness.
The final nests can be variable both in terms of diameter and weight.
Material in contact with the final product are approved for use in food industry (stainless steel, and acetal resins).
