Pasta maker Dolly - La Monferrina

La Monferrina Dolly is a small countertop machine, compact and reliable; it is suitable both for restaurants and for people who like good home-made pasta.
It can knead by using any kind of flour and it produces long and short pasta shapes changing the die.
Its external structure is made of anodized aluminium and the parts that are in contact with pasta are made of stainless steel; it includes a safety button and a switch light. It respects all accident prevention regulations in force.

The machine is complete with 4 metal dies while the penne die and PTFE dies have to be bought apart.
It can be supplied (on request) with a rotating cutting knife for short pasta shapes.

Attention: it is recommended not to go beyond two consecutive production cycles (a cycle consists of the mixing phase and the pasta extrusion phase). At the end of the two cycles, the machine must be switched off, carefully cleaned of any residual dough and left to cool for at least an hour.

Lineapasta supplies together with the machines and only to its customers, a user, maintenance and installation manual in paper and digital format with also a pasta recipe book, to be used with our professional machines.

- Metal/PTFE dies for the production of the pasta type depending on the chosen format.
- Electronic cutter that allows to automatically cut the pasta extruded from the machine and automate the process of production.
