Fresh pasta machine with double vat PS 200DV
Description
The PS 200DV pasta machine is a high-performance double-tank pasta machine suitable for industrial productions. It is equipped with a continuous-cycle extruder for the production of short pasta and long pasta of any size, depending on the die mounted. The machine, simple and practical, allows an output of 200 kg/h. The PS 200DV press is constructed entirely of stainless steel and mounted on support feet. The removable extrusion cylinder is made of stainless steel, and is coated internally with bronze for food use. It is equipped with a water-cooling system that allows the production for several consecutive hours, and is also equipped with an automatic dough transfer system from the kneading tank to the extrusion tank, with clockwise and counterclockwise mixing system. As an optional accessory, an extrusion tank for vacuum complete with pump can be requested. The machine is equipped with a touch screen control system with the ability to load and customize recipes according to your production needs, customizing extrusion speed, knife speed and extrusion cylinder temperature.
Please note that the electronic pasta cutter for short pasta cannot be used on some dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes that have a central extrusion insert.
