Description

The Combined ravioli and fresh pasta machine EP/50-R produces double sheet ravioli and different fresh and dried pasta shapes.
The EP/50-R can also produce pasta sheet of any thickness for lasagne, cannelloni or for the feeding of other pasta machines, and it can work with any kind of flour even for special doughs.
The powerboard and the instrument board comply with current EEC regulations.

The EP/50-R is equipped with:

• Stainless steel structure
• Double kneading vat for continuous production
• Fan for pasta pre-drying process
• Electronic knife with adjustable cutting length
• Double sheet ravioli group with interchangeable molds
