The combined automatic sheeter for laminated pasta and ravioli CA160R is an ideal machine for the automatic production of pasta sheet, long pasta and ravioli in different shapes. It is equipped with a double vat to allow continuous production, the second kneading vat can be overturned to facilitate the passage of the dough into the lamination vat. The combined machine CA160R automatically produces a pasta sheet with a width of 160mm. It is equipped with a conveyor belt in certified material for the processing of food products and a reel for the preparation of pasta sheet rolls to be used to feed the cutting unit and the ravioli machine. The ravioli machine produces double sheet ravioli with interchangeable molds consisting of 4 forming rollers, cutting, stainless steel scraping knives, stainless steel gears, filling dispenser and is equipped with a filling system with adjustable pressure that allows you to work with any type of filling with meat, cheeses and vegetable mixes. The cutting unit allows you to produce lasagna of different lengths and long pasta in different formats, with the possibility of adjusting the thickness of the pasta and the length of the cut. It is built entirely in stainless steel, equipped with an electrical panel and control panel that reflect the safety directives according to the current EEC standards.

Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.
