Excellent product, very well built and strong. Excellent response from the team to any question. One complaint. The Manual is written by lawyers to comply with regulations and how to protect yourself, it has NOTHING about how to use it and even there is no list of what the various parts do. You have to figure it out on your own. I am very happy with product.

The machine arrived in a box but since it was not locked it was moved during transport. It arrived scratched in several places, I also thought it was a used machine. I did not write to bring this fate to your attention because I thought it was useless. Best regards

The machines are packed in crates and filled with shock-absorbing material. Unfortunately, sometimes during shipping, for reasons beyond our control, the goods may suffer damage but we are always available to resolve the problem.

La machina è arrivata in una cassa ma visto che non era bloccata è stata mossa durante il transporto. Mi è arrivata graffiata in diversi punti, ho anche pensato che fosse una machina usata. Non ho scritto per portare questo fato alla vostra intenzione perche ho pensato che non serviva a nulla. Cordiali saluti

La macchine vengono imballate in casse e riempite di materiale ammortizzante. A volte purtroppo durante la spedizione, per ragioni a noi non imputabili, la merce può subire dei danni ma noi siamo sempre a disposizione per risolvere il problema.
