New SR tabletop fresh pasta sheeter with 250 mm stainless steel rollers. The casing has some slight cosmetic damage, but it does not affect the machine's operation. The pasta sheeter is made entirely of stainless steel and aluminum, making it ideal for both professional and home use. Practical and easy to use, the roller opening can be adjusted from 0 to 7,5 mm, allowing you to achieve the desired thickness for various types of dough, such as pasta, pizza, or even sugar paste. The rotation speed of the stainless steel rollers is constant at approximately 800 rpm. The machine is highly reliable and equipped with safety systems essential for operator safety. A pasta sheet cutter accessory can be attached to the pasta sheeter, with one or three cuts of your choice (available for purchase separately).
