Second hand La Monferrina PNuova pasta sheeter (2year 016) in good condition, recently serviced by the manufacturer and supplied with a new set of 170 mm pasta rollers (adjustable for thickness).
The pasta sheeter, which comes with a six-month warranty, has very light scratches on the anodized aluminum body, but this does not affect the smooth operation of the combined pasta machine. The PNuova is equipped with a 4kg mixing vat. The machine allows for simultaneous kneading and sheeting, and optional accessories (sold separately) can be used to produce ravioli, gnocchi and various extruded pasta shapes. The pasta sheeter is very simple to operate; all parts in contact with food are made of stainless steel and can be completely disassembled for easy cleaning and maintenance. It complies with current accident prevention regulations.
This model comes with a 70 mm pasta sheet reducer; simply insert it into contact with the rollers during processing to produce a 100 mm sheet of pasta.
