Pizza rolling machine SF 420/1

Pizza rolling machine SF 420/1 with 420 mm rollers ideal for flattening pizzas, focacce, bread and other dough, suitable for pizzerias, restaurants and bakeries. The SF 420/1 is equipped with a control knob that allows the user to set the diameter and thickness of the plastic rollers with which one wants to level the dough; it is also equipped with a durable metal gear drive system and easily removable lower roller scrapers for easier and more efficient cleaning. The SF 420/1 pizza rolling machine is made of stainless steel AISI 304 according to current CE standards and is available in two versions: standard and plus.
The plus version is designed with some additional accessories already integrated: stainless steel IP67 buttons with NVR, removable scrapers also for the upper roller and safety guards with knobs controlled by micro switches for both rollers.

We recommend cold-proofing in order not to alter the properties of the dough.
