Description
120 cm perforated stainless steel pizza peel to handle, bake and remove the pizzas, suitable for cooking with wood fired, gas or electric oven. Available in four different sizes, the circular perforated plate is specially designed to discharge excess flour and make the shovel lighter and easier to handle. The pizza peels are mounted on sturdy tubular rods and have an anatomical anti-scald handle, for a total height of about cm 120.
