Description

Pizza oven FF 8570B designed to reach a maximum temperature of 350 °C, suitable for pizzerias and restaurants. This pizza oven is equipped with double hob of 85x70 cm in refractory stone divided into two separate cooking chambers, specially designed to distribute the heat in a constant and homogeneous way and resist high temperatures, absorbing the moisture of the dough and ensuring pizzas with a crunchy, fragrant and tasty dough. The FF 8570B model is equipped with a control panel with built-in thermometer for displaying the temperature of the cooking chamber, two thermostats with separate control of the upper and lower resistance, double internal lighting and a chimney for the conveyance of fumes and cooking vapors. The external structure of the FF 8570B pizza oven is made of stainless steel, with double-glazed door and black powder prepainted outer sheet.
