Description

Perforated rectangular anodized aluminum pizza peel, ideal for baking pizzas by the meter or "Roman-style" pizzas, focaccia, or slow-rising breads. The peel is treated with an electrochemical process that provides the pizza peel with high corrosion resistance and exceptional durability and reliability even under the most demanding conditions. This pizza peel features reference markings engraved every 10 cm along the entire edge, specifically designed to facilitate portioning the dough onto the cooking surface. To best suit customer needs, this Roman-style pizza peel is available in six different sizes: cm 28x56, cm 33x76, cm 33x96 , cm 41x76, cm 41x96, and cm 41x111.

Furthermore, the extrusion cooling system helps maintain consistent production without overheating.

La qualità delle trafile e molto buona come anche quella della macchina. L'unico commento che ho è che il ventilatore di raffreddamento nel retro della macchina e molto piccolo e non sufficiente.
