Description
This 33x33 cm perforated pizza peel is made of hard-anodized aluminum, ideal for baking, removing from the oven, and moving pizzas. Suitable for gas, electric, or wood-fired ovens. This peel is treated with an immersion electrolytic process, providing the pizza peel with improved glide, high corrosion resistance, and exceptional wear resistance. The slate-colored handle features a hanging hook, while the front milling facilitates the sliding of dough from the surface to the peel. The perforated plate is mounted on an ergonomic tubular rod with three high-strength rivets, for a total height of approximately 220 cm.
